Red Chair Boutique online store cannot guarantee that any product is still available for purchase at the time of order due to delays in site updates and store stock levels, we do endeavour to keep it as accurate as possible and will make contact with you within 48 hours of purchase if your product is unavailable due to stock changes or availability.
We endeavour to send all stock purchases within 48 business hours; however we offer no guarantee that this will always be the case.
Please allow an average of 5-7 days shipping within Australia once item has left the store.

A product may be returned subject to the following:

Conditions of Return
- Items must be returned within 14 days (freight allowing)
- The original sales docket or tax invoice must accompany the return
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must have no marks or scratches
- Any costs incurred in returning items are at the responsibility of the purchaser.

We accept Paypal, Credit card payments by phone, direct deposit or bank transfer please contact the store for other options apart from credit card via Paypal.
